Funding

How the Foundation is funded

The Foundation's income comes from a combination of program service revenue, charitable contributions, and grants. In recent reporting years the larger share has come from program service revenue rather than from donations — that composition is visible in our Form 990 filings, which are published in full through the sources listed above.

All funds, whatever their source, are applied to the Foundation's charitable and educational purposes. Donated or discounted technology received through nonprofit programs is likewise used only in furtherance of those purposes.

Requesting our documents

Copies of our IRS determination letter, Forms 990, and governing documents are available on request. Write to info@therealestatefoundation.org and tell us which documents you need and the purpose of the request.

The Foundation does not state or imply that any grantmaker, government body, or technology provider has approved, endorsed, or will approve an application from the organization.
